LARGEST PIZZA FESTIVAL LLC

Purchase or use of this ticket constitutes acceptance by the ticketholder of the following terms, as well as the Terms and Conditions of the sale, as acknowledged during the purchase process. This ticket is a revocable license for the date and time (unless rescheduled) listed on the front thereof. This ticket is not transferable or redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Price includes all applicable taxes. Entry into the event is strictly limited to people who are over the age of 21 years old. The Largest Pizza Festival, LLC reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person whose conduct is deemed by The Largest Pizza Festival LLC to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with the rules of the event. Unauthorized resale or attempted resale of this ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and, if so, are void. Recording and transmitting any report, picture or reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued is unauthorized, except for limited non-commercial purposes on ticketholder’s personal social media channels only, provided that ticketholder is solely responsible for and required to obtain any and all permissions required prior to posting, including but not limited to music clearances, and that recording or transmitting any video in excess of fifteen (15) seconds long (regardless of whether it is a single video or series) is strictly prohibited. Ticketholder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event. Ticketholder may not bring weapons, food, beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), flame sources such as matches, lighters, fire starters or any kind of cigarettes other than e-cigarettes, bundles or containers of any kind into the premises. Ticketholder assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which this ticket was issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event, and ticketholder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue/facility, artist(s) performing, participants, the Largest Pizza Festival LLC and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents and representatives (the “Released Parties”) are expressly released from any claims arising from such causes. By entering the venue and/or the event, ticketholder (a) acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death, (b) voluntarily agrees to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expenses, of any kind (“Claims”), that ticketholder may experience or incur, and (c) hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges, and holds harmless the Released Parties from Claims of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. Ticketholder shall not litter and shall dispose of all trash in receptacles provided. The Largest Pizza Festival will not be held liable for amenities promised by any third party. The use of this ticket for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, etc. without the express written consent of Largest Pizza Festival LLC is expressly prohibited. Ticketholder bears all risks of inclement weather. Event date, time, location and talent subject to change. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All sales are final. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the terms stated herein and the terms contained in the applicable ticketing agency’s terms of use/sale, the terms stated herein shall control. There will be absolutely no drive on access at the venue. Shuttles will be provided to and from designated locations. Ticketholder hereby gives permission to The Largest Pizza Festival LLC and its designees to take, use, reproduce and publish any, and all photographs and/or video recordings which may be taken of Ticketholder during the Event, whether such photographs or video recordings are flattering or unflattering, for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation. Ticketholder acknowledges and agrees that The Largest Pizza Festival LLC will own any and all rights in such photographs and/or video recordings (collectively, “Materials”) in perpetuity and Ticketholder waives, as to The Largest Pizza Festival LLC and its successors, assigns, and licensees, all personal rights and objections to any use made of the Materials including without limitation Ticketholder’s name, likeness, biographical material, voice, accounts, and descriptions (whether such Materials are flattering or unflattering) in advertising and promotions throughout the world including but not limited to radio, print, television, film, video, internet, and any other media now known and unknown. Ticketholder understands and agrees that as the owner of the Materials, The Largest Pizza Festival LLC’s use of the Materials may (without limitation) extend to use by any of its sponsors, advertisers, owners, partners, affiliates, directors, officers, officials, members and agents.


Ticketholder has read these Terms and Conditions carefully and fully understand its contents. Ticketholder is aware that this is an agreement not to sue the Released Parties and constitutes a complete release of liability in favor of the Released Parties. Ticketholder acknowledges that they are signing this document of their own free will, with full knowledge of the risks that they are assuming which include, without limitation, the risk of injury or death regardless of how it arises, and even if it results from the neglect or fault of the Released Parties. Electronic copies of an executed Release and Waiver shall be deemed an original.
